'Suspicious' East Harlem fire sends 2 to hospital — cops find one victim may have been stabbed first

Two people were hospitalized after a fire tore through a Park Avenue apartment building in East Harlem, sources said.

Investigators believe the fire may have been suspicious and it appeared as though one of the victims may have been stabbed, sources added. Both victims were rushed to Harlem Hospital, one in critical condition and the other in serious condition, authorities said.

It was not immediately clear what sparked the blaze on the tenth floor around 4:15 p.m.
